When I export the gannt chart it is missing the arrows that link predecessors which I can view in my project sheets. Is there a way to get the export to show the same thing?
Thanks,
Amy
Hi Amy,
If you export to PDF or as an image, it will be included, but it won't work if you export to an Excel sheet because Excel can't show that information.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!

You may find that some of the exported data may not appear as it does in Smartsheet. For example, both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets do not support gantt charts or certain column types like the Dropdown, Contact, Checkbox, or Symbols columns.
If needed, more information on exporting can be found in our help article: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/770623-exporting-sheets-reports-from-smartsheet

I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
