Formula % checked boxes in row

I have 5 check box columns in a sheet and would like to show the percentage checked for the individual rows in the 6th column.

Column 6 should show 100% if all 5 columns in that row are checked, 80% if 4 columns in that row are checked, 60 % if 3 columns in that row are checked, etc.

What is the best formula to use?

Hi Anja,

Try this.

=COUNTIF([Col1]@row:[Col5]@row; 1) / COUNT([Col1]@row:[Col5]@row)

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

=COUNTIF([Col1]@row:[Col5]@row, 1) / COUNT([Col1]@row:[Col5]@row)

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.

Slow loading
Helloe Everyone! I’m trying to reference another sheet in Smartsheet, but I’ve noticed that sometimes it loads quickly, while other times it takes a very long time to display the list. Does anyone know why this happens? Is there a way to reduce how often this issue occurs? Today, I can’t get anything to load at all. 😑
