Text toolbar on report

The reason we decided to use Smartsheet is because there is some information my colleague and I need to share with each other (for instance contact names, emails, and renewal dates), but other information is purely of interest to one of us and not the other.

I had the idea to create a filter for columns the same way I do for rows, but it seems this is not possible. To solve this, I created one document that has all of the information for both of us. From this main document with all of the information, I have made two reports, one for each of us. These three Smartsheets synchronize with each other so that if a change is made in one, the change is reflected in the other two which is very helpful as it allows us both to look at the information that is of importance to us, in the way we want to see it. However, within the report, I can no longer see the text toolbar. Can you please let me know how I can make the text toolbar visible while viewing a report? Thank you, Corie
