Formula for Recent Activity

I'm trying to see if a certain column in my Sheet has had any activity in the last month. I know that I can go into each cell and see the history for that cell, but is there any way to create a separate column that states if the "% Complete" column has changed in the last month? I'd like to create a report based off that column.

Unfortunately not at this time.

I do know it is something that Smartsheets is looking to create, but there is no indicator on when they might release it. Please submit a a product enhancement request as this is how Smartsheet determines demand for a particular need.

You could also set up a notification to fire when that cell changes to any value. That way you would be notified immediately if someone changes the cell.

To add to Mike's excellent suggestion.

You could also use a third-party solution like Zapier to collect the information in another sheet (copy row).

Since each row in each sheet has a "Modified" system date/time (even if you don't have that column shown in your sheet), just run a report for XXX workspace or YYY folder.... then skip the Who? and What? .... add "Modified" is in the last 10 days.

Run the report and you'll see all the rows of all the sheets that have been changed in the past 10 days.

The problem with Ezra's solution is that ANY modifications on a row would be reported with that report. So if there is a date change, the modification date changes. Not just based on the change of a single field. Using an alert would give you a notification of all the changes to that one specific field you are requesting. It wouldn't give you a report, per say, but you would at least have the specfic rows that had that field changed and when they were changed.
