How do i - If this is checked , then check this on another sheet?

i have 2 sheets to reference

first sheet has a confirmed check box column

but on another sheet i want it to check a box as a pilot user if the confirmed was checked...

is there a way to do this with a formula?

The simplest way would be to use cell-linking and link the checkboxes.
