Hi
Within our company we have a number of 'free' users, in the event of said person leaving is there any easy way of removing their access or is a a case of going into each smartsheet and removing individually?

Hi Abbie,
Yes, there is. You'd go to Account Administration (profile picture in the upper right) and delete the user.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Hi Andre
They are not licensed users therefore are not appearing there? Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
Yes, of course, they don't need to be added as users. Sorry about that!
Are they part of a Workspace or how are they accessing what they have access to?
Andrée
HI Andree
Sorry for the delay - they are part of various sheets. I was looking for an easy way to remove access across all worksheets / spaces without having to go into each one? The sheets / workspaces have been shared with them.
As a possible workaround, you could add them as a user (not licensed) and then delete them and select Remove from sharing, and that removes all the sharing from the members of your account.
I haven't tested so maybe try with another made up user first.
Did it work?

Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45. Perhaps the inteface can stay hourly so it doesnt get huge, but have the ability to manually edit the time directly to any custom time.
I have an automation that has a condition where I am looking at the column "LEA Interco Supporting Site(s)" and trying to find columns that have the value "Fort Loramie" in them. This works well when "Fort Loramie" is the first item listed in the cell, but it doesn't work when "Fort Loramie" is the second or third value in…
