V-axis showing 0 and 1 instead of %

In my chart, I am displaying %, and the chart is showing that in Series -> Data Labels, but the vertical axis is showing only "0" and "1".
I would like the vertical axis to show the values given, those between 0 and 1, as a %.
Your help is appreciated.
