Error when opening a sheet

As I finished working on a sheet last night I got an error message saying to log off and back on. I logged off for the night and now we’re getting the same error message when trying to open the sheet. When we use the search feature it doesn’t appear. When we go to the folder it’s there, but we get the error message when trying to open it. I’ve tried on my laptop and the app on my phone. My boss has also tried. I contacted smartsheet for help this morning and am still waiting. I need access to this sheet and would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

    We’re still experiencing the same issue and it’s only with this sheet. I clicked see details and the error code is 48.

  • I have the same error. I'have submitted a ticket case number is 03504809.

  • I have the same issue, and received a support response that it was "Solved", but nothing changed. Support case 04903093.
