Does anyone have a template or know of an existing template that could be used for OKR's?

You might be able to modify the Team Objectives Tracker template: https://www.smartsheet.com/solutions/team-objectives-tracker
This can help you track objectives, you may need to build formulas in this sheet in order to get metrics for measuring your KPIs. More on creating formulas in Smartsheet can be found here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476171-create-and-edit-formulas-in-smartsheet
I have some templates in Excel and Google sheets but i don't know if they will work in Smartsheet easily.
Do you have some templates already?

Yes I have implemented this and it helped my clients to cell link the fitting objectives into their weekly and monthly meetings to stay focused and aligned.

I am the owner of a workspace that has multiple sheets and a dashboard. There are 3 Guests with Admin permissions for the whole workspace. They can edit the sheets, but not the dashboard. Is there a different type of permissions or some kind of limitations to dashboard editing for Guests?
