Counting (and Averaging)within Columns

To get the count:
=COUNTIFS(Title:Title, "Workforce Management Opp", [Owner Email]:[Owner Email], FIND("anisiac", @cell) > 0, [Create Date]:[Create Date], DATE(2020, 01, 13))
To get your average:
=AVG(COLLECT(Score:Score, Title:Title, "Workforce Management Opp", [Owner Email]:[Owner Email], FIND("anisiac", @cell) > 0, [Create Date]:[Create Date], DATE(2020, 01, 13)))

@Paul Newcome Thanks for the formulas. I was curious if there a way to make them work for the entire grid or do I have to identify every Owner Email and Date for the count formula to work?

You do have to specify emails and dates to account for the different groups that you want to pull, but you can set up a separate sheet for your metrics and use cross sheet references. The separate sheet can be set up so that you only have to enter each date and email one time and then use cell references in the formulas instead of specific text/dates.
