workspaces and templates not appearing in Zapier

I am the owner of the workspaces and templates -
Admittedly I do not know if this in on the Zapier side, but I seem to be missing several options when using Zaps to create new sheets from a template. The system does not see the destination (workspace) I want to new sheet to go in, nor the template I want it to create. What would be the best course of action?

I had a picture of the issue in the original post. Zapier support was able to help. They suggested I just use the ID's when referencing Workspaces, templates, sheets...etc.
I know this is more of a "work around" but, I think I'll do this anyway, for a more accurate connection to the places I want. (In the event of duplicate sheet or workspace names)

Does this approach work with folders within Workspaces? I've been successful with Workspace ID's, but not folders... is there a "path" format that needs to be followed?
