IF statement (Inventory status updated from "order needed" to "reordered")

Hello,

I am developing an inventory reorder system and I need the status of the line item to show "Reordered" when the check box is checked under "Order Status"

I recognize that there are multiple true statements within my formula so how can I show "Reordered" while the stock quantity is below the ROP? I have been trying to troubleshoot this for over an hour by scouring forms on this site and I still haven't determined a solution

You could put the Checkbox in with your Stock Quantity Check. The excerpt would be:

IF(AND([Stock Quantity]@row < [Reorder Point (ROP]@row, [Order Status]@row = 0), "Reorder Needed"

That will only put Reorder Needed if the Order Status was not checked. Then you can put your conditional IF the checkbox is checked then say Reorder at the end.

Also, in your screenshot you have one too many parentheses.

I may be oversimplifying, so please @mention me with clarification if this is not what you're asking. But the solution as far as I can tell is:

=IF([Order Status]@row = 1, "Reordered")

@David Tutwiler Thank you! I need to clarify a little more. There are multiple functions for this one cell.
