Is there a way to remove specific in-take form submission on smart sheet?

I am attempting to remove in-take form submissions on smart sheet within a workspace. Every time I try to add a new submission it skips several rows because the old P-04, P-05 submissions were submitted via the in take form.

If I am understanding correctly. The issue should be resolved but deleting the rows entirely that it is skipping. If you need to delete entries in the future just make sure to delete the entire row rather than just the data within it to prevent this from happening again.

I have deleted the entire row. For ex, I deleted row 4. I go to submit a new entry on the in-take form, row 4 now says P-07.
