Use smartsheet to autofill / export excel spreadsheet

Hey! Can anyone help with this question:

Similar to the "form" function in smartsheet, I can generate a survey-like webpage where users can fill in info for different columns. On the other hand, users want to upload a spreadsheet with e.g. 10 records.

My target is to apply the info user filled in in the first "survey" step, to fill in each of the 10 uploaded rows. Say in the survey I filled in "Job ID" as JP101, then "Job ID" column for the 10 records will be created after this step and the values for 10 records are all "JP101".

Any help appreciated, thank you!

This might help.

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Would that work/help?
