Pull data based on recent created date
Hi all,
I built a sheet that has a simple form for everyone on my team to provide a project update bi-weekly. My superiors are asking for a dashboard that only displays the latest updates. There are 3 columns I would like to reference:
- Auto-create date to pull the latest update
- Topic column to distinguish the different projects
- Update (similar to a notes column) that I would like to display on a dashboard.
I tried using a MAX-COLLECT formula, but I keep getting #INVALID COLUMN VALUE. Can someone help me build a formula to pull the Update data based on the most recent auto-create date?

Are you able to flip it so that forms populate at the top of the sheet?

I could do that, but I'm not sure how that would help?

My apologies. When you say you want it on a dashboard, would you want it on a separate sheet to run further metrics, or would a report work?

A report would work perfectly!
