Reports as Metric Sheets

Hi there,

Is there anyway to use a Report to make chart widgets on a dashboard? I would normally create a metric sheet and use formulas to count items I wanted to illustrate in chart form, but have not been able to do that with a report.

I have one report that contains over 90 sheets and really don't want to have to build that really long COUNTIF formula from all those sheets if I can avoid it.

Any help would be great.

You should be able to use a report when using the Chart Widget. What's not working? (support for grouping and summary is coming)

I was trying to pull from a summary report and I am unable to select certain rows without selecting all the data. I want the Parent and Child rows but not the grandchild rows. Is that part of what is coming soon?

Ah, I see. Yes, that doesn't work at the moment because, in a report, you can't make any selection.

Regarding what's coming, I can't say, but hopefully soon.
