How to count number of Past Due Tasks

I use the formula below to track my past due tasks :

but it is not giving me the correct number currently my sheet does not have any late task according to my filter below :

Which formula should I use to make it possible ?

Try something like this.

=COUNTIF([Past Due]1:[Past Due]25, <TODAY())
