VLOOKUP Incorrect Argument
This should be simple but I can't get it to work - help appreciated. Simply trying to bring a column of data to another sheet. Both columns are set to text and I keep getting an error message
=VLOOKUP({M&E Themes Range 3})

You are missing the rest of the formula.
VLOOKUP(search_value, lookup_table, column_num, [ match_type ])
