So I'm a new user, and my team is testing the forms out. I am trying to do like a multi conditional logic but it does not seem like i can do it from forms.
here is an example of what im trying to do;
Choose Location:*
How many people were scheduled?*
How many people Showed?*
Reporting Equipment?
so here is where i want the multi logic for.
So if location x is chosen and equipment is yes show,
machine123
If location is y and yes show,
Machine 345
the reason i ask was my only solution was to recreate reporting equipment question multiple times using site id in the title which created a very very messy sheet. any suggestions and guidance is appreciated.
