Is there a limit to document builder mappings?
I am creating a database and I need the database to populate forms using the document builder function. Due to the nature of the data, each row requires its own mapping to because each form that is mapped is slightly different. I realize it would be best if each form was the same so I could use one mapping, but that's just not the case.
Will I eventually be hit with a mapping limit? I am worried I'll get half way through creating the database and mappings and then be restricted from creating any more mappings, which, would essentially kill my project and waste a ton of time.

As far as I'm aware, there is no limit to the number of mappings you can create per-sheet.
There is a limit to generating documents from rows (you can generate up to 100 rows at one time), but this is different than the number of mappings and it sounds like you won't hit that limit if you're generating one at a time.

Is there a way for me map a sheet that has more than 100 rows?
I have a sheet that I would like there to be an automated report ran each morning and sent to certain people. I have a sheet with an approved column that is usually updated throughout the day, and I would like the report to include any rows where the approved column was updated from the day before. So, tomorrows report will show any rows that were approved today. (I hope that makes sense!)
I was thinking that I would need to create a an intermediatory sheet, where I move anything that was updated in the last 12 hours and then create a map from that sheet, but I'm not sure how. Or if there is an easier way to do it?

I believe we may be talking about different functions; this thread is in regards to Document Builder, where you create a PDF filled in with information from the cells of one specific row. 1 PDF per row.
However in your instance, it sounds like you want to send an entire Report as a PDF with multiple rows on a specific cadence. Yes, you can do this!
What I would do here is create a new Date column in your sheet. Then use the Record a Date action in a Workflow to input the date to that row when your "approved" column is updated to the value you're looking for. Then you can hide this Date column, so it's running in the background.
Now, create a Row Report, using that Date Column as a filter, so you're only seeing rows where the updated Date is yesterday:
Now you can send that Report as an attachment in an email! See:
