Salesforce Connector: Edit workflows when you are not the creator

Good Morning coummunity, we are just connecting the Salesforce connector to our Smartsheet and got to learn that ONLY the workflow creator can change the workflow if necessary. All Admins can see the workflow (at least ;-)), however in absence of the workflow creater there is actually NO possibitly to change the workflow at all. I would like to learn how the ones of you who als have the connector in place (the use if an alias is no option for us, as we do not allow this within our IT policy). My opinion is that a very basic funtionality is missing and a substitution with the correct permission is a must in very business software. Thanks for your feedback. Alex

    Hi @BigAl

An alias would have been my suggestion since, as you've found, this feature is not currently available.

However we are looking into allowing users to share and transfer workflows as an improvement to our Connectors products. Please provide your feedback directly to our Product Team through this form, here.

    Thank you!

    Genevieve

Thanks for your feedback @Genevieve P I already provided the feedback directly to the product team, however - as stated - this is a basic function which has to be added asap. Thanks for your support. Alex

@Genevieve P Is there an update on this? I agree, this is really basic functionality that never should have been an issue. It's a basic concept that you don't make something that affects every user of a product dependent on one person never leaving the company or taking a vacation.
