Need help making this formula work

I want to add to this formula that if Entered in Oracle Date is Blank, INCOMPLETE will populate in the First Shift Entered On or Before First Shift field. My current formula: =IF([Entered in Oracle Date]@row <= [First Scheduled Shift]@row, "YES", "NO"). How can I add what I am looking for?

You'll want to nest your current IF formula as the negative condition of an IF formula checking for a blank cell in "Entered in Oracle Date," using the ISBLANK function.

=IF(ISBLANK([Entered in Oracle Date]@row), "INCOMPLETE", IF([Entered in Oracle Date]@row <= [First Scheduled Shift]@row, "YES", "NO"))

In English: If it's blank, enter "INCOMPLETE," if it's not blank, evaluate the date to choose YES or NO.

Glad I could help. Smartsheet's color-coded parentheses when building formulas can help a lot! When in doubt, for every IF(, make sure there's a ) at the very end of the formula, and that for each ( inside an IF, there's a ) before the next IF.
