Setting up billing rates in grid view?
As a newbie, I'm trying to set up billing rates in Grid View by job title, but I'm finding the help documentation in SmartSheet lacking (see attached screen shot).
Is this even possible in Grid View? Or is Gantt View the only option? Or, is conditional formatting the only approach? Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's possible, but your screenshot shows the Premium App, Resource Management by Smartsheet, and not the main Smartsheet.
You could create a table in the same or another sheet using cross-sheet formulas. (VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH)
