Update Requests workflow not working
I have a workflow that will send an update request to the auditor when an audit fails. It has suddenly stopped working and I have to manually send the update request. What could be the issue?

Sorry I should have been more specific. It is many different audits and many different auditors. Update requests are not functioning for anyone.

How is this workflow being triggered? Can you take a look at the workflow in the Workflow Builder to see if it shows that it was triggered at the correct time? It should say on the bottom, here:
It would be helpful to see screen captures of your source sheet, your workflow like above, and your workflow open with each step, but please block out sensitive data.
