gantt with colors for summary tasks and interrupt summary gantt if not tasks with a period

Hi all,
two questions regarding summary gantt:
- how to change the color of a summary gantt?
- how to interrupt the summary gantt if not tasks exists for a certain period?
I could not find any options, may be not posible?
