Resource Management - anything available that is not a premium product?

I seem to recall there being a basic Resource Manager feature being available in the base Smartsheet license, but am having trouble finding it.

As there is a premium Resource Management product available to buy, does that mean the basic feature is no longer part of, say, a Business Plan?

Lew, I guess so, but I'm more asking what, if anything, can I do with resource tracking without spending the $$$ on the premium product?

When I try to use Resource Management, I'm sent somewhere else and asked to log-in. When I log in, I get an error. This led me to believe what used to be free is now pay-per-view.

What you are trying to log into is what was formerly known as 10,000ft which is a premium add on.

If you go to your sheets, you can find "Resource Views" at the bottom.

Here you can create views of resource based on user, project or group.

You will need to switch to Gannt view, and enable dependcies to a project sheet.

Then you can assign tasks and % allocation to a user in a contact column, and view allocation % across all sheets in the resource view you have created.

Yes, it has to be activated in the Account Administration.
