2022 Core Product Certification

Hello,

I am very disappointed with the 2022 Core Product Certification exam. The individuals that created this exam did not consider users that have dyslexia when creating questions. Smartsheet does not have anything about giving additional time to individuals that struggle with reading due to a disability. There is nothing listed on their website at all for their certification and individuals dealing with disabilities. I have taken the exam twice and was not successful due to the reasons about my disability. I prepared for this exam by studying after work and on weekends. In addition, I use Smartsheet daily at my organization. I will not be recommending this program to other organization in the future. Incredibly disappointed with Smartsheet for not being considerate of their users.

T hank you for having them take a look at this Alison! One thing we noticed also when having one of our team members doing this... There's some outdated information. There's a handful of trick questions which all the answers are "technically correct". Smartsheet has changed layouts so the way things are done changed a bit, and I think some of the questions forgot about the changes made.

I have registered to take the Core cert exam and get to the start recording part but the exam screen never loads. Who do I contact to resolve?

You can contact the Support team about this and they will connect you with the Certification team.

Before doing so, I would recommend ensuring that your browser is up-to-date as well as trying other browsers. You may want to check your browser zoom settings and/or extensions to see if that helps, too.
