Auto filling a cell based on the entry in another cell

Hi all. Is there any way of auto populating a cell based on the criteria chosen in two other cells? I.e. I want to produce an outcome based on what ever is chosen from two drop down cells....

Yes! there are a few ways that you could do this. My first suggestion would be to set up a Change Cell workflow, see: Change the Value of a Cell in an Automated Workflow

I have a cell on another sheet and I am trying to populate the Contact(s) into automatically when the Date and Time field meet a certain criteria. For example, if the date is filled out for 01/15/23 and the Time is 10:30 AM I would like contact 1 to display in the cell. I am not sure if Index is the best in this instance. Can anyone help? Maybe VLookup? I cant get it to work.
