Edit Saved Workflow not working
I am trying to edit an existing workflow, but when I go into Manage Workflows, and try to edit or duplicate a saved workflow nothing happens. I do not get any kind of error message, it just literally does nothing when I select either Edit or Dulplicate the workflow. I am a Smartsheet account holder, with Admin privileges for this sheet I am using and the owner of the sheet is having the same problem.
Has anyone seen this before, or does anyone know what the problem is?

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

Thank you for raising this and for those of you who contacted Support! The engineering team is currently investigating this behaviour for specific accounts with Update Requests and Approval Workflows, but only when the workflow is sending to a contact that's not shared to a sheet.
If you're experiencing something different (e.g. your workflow has a different action, or is going to users who are already shared to the sheet), please continue to follow-up with Support. It will be helpful for them if you include the browser you are using, the Sheet URL, an example workflow ID, and a screen recording of the behaviour.
