Excel Data Disappearing from Smartsheet Page

Hi, I have tried creating multiple smarthseet grids in a workspace folder. I imported the data from an excel file to the page and save after I'm was done. However, every time I refresh my page after importing this data everything disappears. I do not have any active filters, the grid is completely blank. I have even tried exporting different types of excel data. Can anyone please advise?

When you import in Smartsheet, it creates a new sheet each time, or are you copying and pasting the information?

Hi Andrée, I am opening a new grid, and importing the data through clicking on the file tab. I then amend the columns to be the right size to view all data, wrap text etc, click save and when I refresh the data has gone.

Hi Andrée, I am opening a new grid, importing the sheet via the file -> import column. I then amend the columns wrap text etc. to see all data. Upon refreshing the page, or even trying to open the grid in a second tab, it is completely blank. If I want to import data from multiple excel sheets, how can I do this without it splitting? Thanks
