index/match formula that returns image instead of file name

has anyone been able to come up with a formula to return the actual image instead of the file name? i tried index/match but wasn't successful. found a few previous posts re: vlookup and data mesh that shared similar struggle.

This is not possible within Smartsheet itself. You would need to use the API or some other 3rd party app.
It would be useful though. Feel free to brows the Ideas topic and either vote on the idea if it has already been submitted or submit it yourself as a new idea.
