SUMIFS - tracking profits for awarded jobs by estimator

I need some guidance on this equation - I keep getting "UNPARSEABLE".

I am attempting to track the sum of profits for awarded jobs by estimator.

This is the equation I am using:

=SUMIFS(Profit:Profit, Estimator:Estimator, = "PL", [Project Awarded]:[Project Awarded], = "Yes - We were awarded"))
