Your Bridge Login URL will be unique to your company's specific Bridge environment.
When the Sales Team initially creates your Bridge account, the user they've set it up for will receive an email with your organization's unique URL, prompting them to set their password and log in. That user should be able to add you and provide you with that same URL! Here's more information: Set Up and Administrate Your Bridge Account

Yes, please reach out to your Smartsheet sales contact and they can either tell you who the account was originally created for (typically your plan's System Admin) or re-send the activation email to that account if it was not received. If you don't have a direct contact, you can reach out to Sales from this form, here.
Yes, I've tried this (service tickets 06111029 and 06111024). I've also tried via my Sales Manager so we know the who, just need the email to be resent to him so we can add other admins.
