Formula: Search Column for multiple Titles and change dropdown

Looking for a formula for:

If row 1 and column "Title" = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

then

Change row 1, column "Access" = Yes

If false, leave it blank.

The "Access" column is currently set up as a drop down. Will this cause issues?

I am currently using under row 1 in column Access:

=IF([Title]@1="1", "2", "3","4","5", "Yes")

Hi Andree!

Basically, I want column "Access" (which is a dropdown) to automatically say Yes if column "Title" meets multiple criterias. In my example, its numbers, but realistically, they're job titles.

So if the Title is Director, Accountant, and Maintenance, I want "Access" to say "Yes". If the Title is not one of those, I want "Access" to stay "blank".

Is this what you are looking for?

=IF(OR(Title@row = "Director", Title@row = "Accountant", Title@row = "Maintenance"), "Yes", "")

(Presuming your drop down is not multiselect)

ETA - you may want "Access" to be "No" instead of blank to see that it is working for each row.

How many Title options can you have? There might be an option for an even simpler formula.
