Logic to send a reminder 2 days before the first Monday of every month.
If I want to send a form to a list of users 2 days before the first Monday of every month will this logic work?

I don't think it works and I can't think of a way to do it solely with a workflow.
I would create a workflow that triggers when a cell is checked. Use this formula in a checkbox cell (I tested it some, but you might want to test it more to make sure it works in all situations).
=IF(WEEKDAY(TODAY()) = 7, IF(DAY(TODAY(2)) < 8, 1))

Create a new column and in the column properties, set the column type to "checkbox". Then copy the formula into a cell. =IF(WEEKDAY(TODAY()) = 7, IF(DAY(TODAY(2)) < 8, 1))
The formula will display a check in the box on every Saturday that is before the first monday of the month.
You can then create your workflow to trigger when the box is checked; You could also have the workflow repeat everyday at 8:00 am with a condition of when the box is checked.
