Smartsheet has an extensive Template gallery. The dashboards come in template sets because you need the main sheet(s) and reports,and usually a metric sheet to translate the data into a visual format. You can preview and then download the template set and then replace the template data with your own. The intention of the templates is to provide a starting point and then be customized to fit your needs.

The gallery can be found in the "+" sign on the far left of your screen.
