Proofing - Rendering Issues for Others?
Hello,
Is anyone else experience rendering issues with Word or PPT files they upload to proofs?
Sometimes certain things on a DOCX or PPTX file don't fully render the way it looks like on the source file. It's worse on PPTX files with text and images being jumbled / misplaced. See examples attached.
The current workaround is saving out PDFs and uploading the file that way instead. Was just wondering if this was a consistent issue for others and if there were other ideas. Thanks!

I don't have experience with that problem but you should contact SmartSheet support to see what the issue is. It looks like MS Word docs and PowerPoint presentations are supposed to be fully supported. Check the "1. Microsoft Office" section here:

@Amanda G Lima this is still occurring constantly for my creative team. The system just can't render large PowerPoint files. Defeats the purpose of using the proof function. We end up emailing the PowerPoint and have them provide feedback and don't even upload into the proof window. Bad user experience.
