I am trying to set a criteria, which picks information from two seperate columns in the same sheet, Countif {NCR Owner} = "X" and {Source} = "X"
Thank you

Hi @Richard A
I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.
=COUNTIFS({NCRs - Open Range 2}, "Matt Robins", {NCRs - Open Range 3}, "Customer")
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,

You are going to need a COUNTIFS (with the S on the end) to be able to include multiple range/criteria sets.

Sorry, yes I am using Countifs, but I still just can't get it to work:
=COUNTIFS([{NCRs - Open Range 2}]:[{NCRs - Open Range 2}], "Matt Robins", [{NCRs - Open Range 3}]:[{NCRs - Open Range 3}], "Customer")

Your cross-sheet ranges were doubled and used square brackets too. (bolded)
=COUNTIFS([{NCRs - Open Range 2}]:[{NCRs - Open Range 2}], "Matt Robins", [{NCRs - Open Range 3}]:[{NCRs - Open Range 3}], "Customer")
