I wanted to know.

Can I update data simultaneously in all the Smartsheets I own?

If yes, please guide me.

Hi,

For example, I have to change the details of a user in all sheets, so how can I do that in a single click?

Hi @rashichouhan

Sadly I don't think there is an option to find and replace data across multiple sheets in the native tool. But, we do have some apps that work with Smartsheet that would be able to do this for you.

At SBP, we create SmarterControls4Smartsheet https://smarterbusinessprocesses.com/smarter-controls-4sheets-2/

The relevant one to you for this thread is "Global Find and Replace" under our System Admin tools.

If it were drop down list values for users that you were wanting to update globally (rather than cell values) then our Smarter DropdownList Manager (also found on that page) will work wonders for you.

Do you mean in a specific cell, the contact name of the contact, or something else? Can you elaborate?
