Archiving without control centre
Hi all,
I need help!
If all my projects are in one workspace and I have my portfolio dashboards/reports coming from this workspace as source sheets.. how would I archive a project? without control centre

If you are wanting to remove it from the reporting, you would move it to a separate workspace.

You may be able to use the API for that. Otherwise it is a manual process.

Hi @Paul Newcome, if you move a project folder out of the WorkSpace, this wouldn't stop all the automation you've set up within the sheets as far as I know. Is there any way to turn them off automatically.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now without Control Center (or maybe the Smartsheet API), but it's an excellent idea!
