SUM issue
Data are pulled from other sheet via link, why the column with "ETU energised" and "ETU Fibre Spliced" would not carry out a simple formula 'SUM', it worked find in the "ETU Installed" column.
Great if anyone can help, seems a really silly question.

Yes, that is most likely the reason.
I believe SUM only works on items which are values. Usually you can convert data with =VALUE()
If you need to SUM checkboxes, consider using COUNT function instead.

supplement: The raw data was symbols and check boxes using +"" syntax at the end of the formula, could this be the reason why the summary sheet can not sum?

Thank you for the confirmation and I have to NOT use the symbol and use checkbox instead. Thank you again for your help.
