Trouble with Checkboxes

Hi there,
I've created a sheet and given someone "Editor - Cannot Share" permissions. For some reason, they are not able to check the checkboxes in the sheet. Any ideas what's going on here?

Is the checkbox column locked? Little padlock on the heading.

😕 Are you able to add another column and see if they are check those? To see if it is the entire sheet, or just the column.

@KPH I think I figured it out. The user who shared the sheet with me has a pro account. I'm not sure why I can't edit it because I have an enterprise account. I think the user sharing the sheet needs to update to a business plan

The pro plan only allows editors if they are on the same plan/account.
