COUNTIFS formula does not work

I have a table where I have workstreams and configuration items and work how many config items per tower. I am struggling with formula and feeling really exhausted!

I am using" =COUNTIFS({Config Item}, {Tower}, "OTCP")" and I get incorrect argument set.

Please can someone help how I should write this formula🤬

=COUNTIFS(
{Range1}, "OTCP",
{Range2}, "Tower"
)

Looks like you are using two ranges to look for one criteria.

This has not helped....so hard to speak to some and share my screen! No helpdesk support or can't even jump on call and show what am trying to do! I don't like Smartsheets....because there are no examples or user guide on how to use formulas! 😠
