Any new form entries added to the sheet will be added as new rows beyond what you have imported from excel.
Hope that helps
Thanks

Are you able to provide screenshots and more details as to the actual flow of data?

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Not sure I follow! Can you elaborate and share some screenshots? (Please delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing.) That would make it easier to help.
I hope that helps!

The coupon code column data has been prepopulated by uploading from excell. The following columns are populated via a client completing the attached form - as you can see the form answers are pushing down the prepopulated column. Is there a way I can link this column with the data coming in from the form - so a cupon code is auto attached to each row?
-
Does the coupon code have to match a specific form submission, or can it be random?
Workaround(s)
- Have a another sheet to either have the form collected or have the coupon codes and then use INDEX to match for each row, or add some helper columns and use INDEX/MATCH.
- Use Update requests instead.
Make sense?
Would any of those options work/help?

@Alison Jones How exactly are the users indicating which coupon code they are wanting to fill the form out for?
-
he coupon code canbe randomly selected from the list, however each code is unique and can only be used once

Ok.
I think one of my proposed solutions would work.
What do you think, and which one do you prefer?

In that case, I would suggest using a second sheet to capture the form entries and then using a series of INDEX/MATCH formulas to bring the data back over to your import sheet.
=INDEX({Form Sheet Coach Name Column}, MATCH([Coupon Codes]@row, {Form Sheet Coupon Code Column}, 0))
