    Hi,

    When a user marks a row as in progress and it is still in progress 4 hours later. Is it possible to have the manager notified 4 hours after it was marked in progress and if it is still marked in progress.

      Wow - micro management. I'm excited to not be working in this company.

      I believe automations are based on date and not time and therefore this probably isn't possible. Others might know better though.

      Hi,

      I hope you're well and safe!

      I recently developed a client solution where they select the time, and then we have a workflow checking if they completed the task 1 hour later.
      However, it only works on fixed hours. That said, I think we could develop a solution that triggers after 4 hours from the time the change was made, but it's pretty advanced.
