I have a form that needs to have two questions where the answers need to reference a list on another sheet. Is this available in Smartsheet yet? How are other users getting around this issue if it's not available?

Apparently, my license is premium and I may have access to data shuttle. Is the functionality there if I did?
I simply need a dropdown from a form to reference a list on another form so that the answers can be managed in one place as Employee Names and Customer Names are added or updated. Thanks!

Yes, you can use Data Shuttle to keep the dropdowns synced. Depending on your use case, you could also use a so-called helper column to show specific options depending on what's selected.

Thanks for the feedback! So I am giving this a shot and when I am creating my upload to my target sheet, I don't have an option to Update dropdown choices. I only Relace all Target sheet rows with data from the input file or Merge data into the target based in a key column value. Am I missing something?
I've had a similar issue in the past where "update dropdown choices for selected columns" wasnt displaying.
Can you check what your permissions to the source sheet are?
Also check that a source file is still selected on the "Source" Page of the workflow setup.
