Invalid Workflow Error
Hi all,
I just received an email saying a workflow has become invalid because it contains automated actions that are only available to Business or Enterprise plans, but we're currently on a Business plan, so I'm not sure why this message triggered in the first place. Thankfully I was able to reactivate the workflow and run it manually, but we're trying to prevent this from happening again if possible. Any advice?
Best regards,
Jordan

Is the person who created the automation on the same plan? if not, then recreate the automation with the user who does have the Business Plan to stop this from happening.

Yes, I created the original workflow while on a Business plan. This is a monthly automation that's been running fine until yesterday when I got the error. It's especially interesting because the automation is only set to run on the 1st of each month, which it did on June 1st, but I just got the email yesterday on June 11th saying the workflow became invalid. If I didn't reactivate the workflow, it would have missed the next trigger on July 1st.
