Sheet Summary Report - Multiple Instances of the Same Fields

I have created a template for our PMO to use and a report based on the sheet summaries each sheet contains. Older projects have had the sheet summary fields added, rather than migrating existing projects to a new sheet based on the template.

Something odd is happening - some fields are appearing twice in the column selector in the report. A few examples in the below screenshot:

How do I get the summary report to recognize that all fields with the exact same name should be the same column?
