    Linked cell not working

    I have linked my plan cell with another cell from another plan (it was task status btw), so it will serve as reference for my plan when my dependency task is complete, I can proceed with my tasks, but the content of this cell is not updating (the other links I did worked). What could be happening?

      Sometimes when this happens to me I have to un link and relink the cell, unsure why.

      I have done that couple of times already, and it is still not updating. But hearing you, I see this is a tool problem, and we are only doing a workaround.

      I expect someone form SS support reads that and gives us an official POV.

      I have the same problem too. I understand the work around is to remove the links and then re-apply but that is quite frustrating if that needs to be done almost every time. Need feedback from Smartsheet if this is being actively addressed………… Edgar

      Having this same issues. Continuously having to unlink and relink.

      Today i went to add a link into a sheet that i updated only a week ago. I have unlinked and relinked the cell numerous times and the result is still not showing up. I tried linking to a different sheet and it still did not work.

      This is frustrating as these connect contribute to a dashboard that usually updates whenever a form is submitted and now has errors
