API Documentation location

Is there anywhere to access Smartsheet API Documentation that is not on a Libyan domain or github? I am unable to access either of these sites due to security concerns.

Unfortunately that is located on a .ly domain which is Libya.

It is concerning from a security standpoint to have API data in that location.

But if you know of anywhere else to find it or how to get instructions on it, please let me know.
